AFSA offers a variety of competitive sports teams for students to participate in. AFSA athletics teams offer the opportunity for all students in grades 7th - 12th to be involved. Teamwork concepts that develop relationships among students are reinforced through athletic participation. All students regardless of skill or experience have the opportunity to be a part of the team at AFSA. Teams compete against schools similar in size to make competitions valuable to students. AFSA is part of the Eastern Minnesota Athletic Conference.

All students interested in athletics must have a physical report on file as well as meet the eligibility requirements set by the Minnesota State High School League.  There is a fee to participate in AFSA Athletics. If this fee presents a hardship for your family please contact Sam Wakefield. Athletic fees can be paid online here.
