School Pay is an online payment system that you can use to pay school fees online.

On this page you can find direct links to payments for our school activity fees. These fees can be paid through SchoolPay or with cash or check in the front office of the elementary or high school. 

School lunches are free for all students. However, if your student would like to purchase an extra milk or only a milk, you can use SchoolPay to add money to your student's lunch account (you can also pay with cash or check in the school office).

How to sign in to SchoolPay for the first time:

You can use SchoolPay either by going through your families Powerschool Account  or directly to www.schoolpay.com.

• If you go through Powerschool simply log in to Powerschool and click the arrow at the top right of your Powerschool account screen to locate the SchoolPay application. Select SchoolPay from the slideout menu. You will be brought to a One-Time Authentication screen. Please choose New to SchoolPay. You will then be taken directly to your SchoolPay account where you will fill out the registration form. See steps below. Once you have completed the one time authentication the next time you sign in to Powerschool and click on the Schoolpay application it will take you directly to your SchoolPay account.

• If you go to www.schoolpay.com click on “Create an Account” You then will be taken through the registration form. See steps below.

One Time Registration Steps:

1. Enter name, email address, and home address.

2. Choose Public School District - AFSA K12

3. Select School - AFSA High School or AFSA K-8

4. Enter Student's First and Last Name

5. Click on I'm not a Robot

6. Set Password - You will be emailed a random password that you will need to enter at this point. Then you can enter a new password.

7. You will be brought to your SchoolPay Account

Once you are in your SchoolPay account there are 3 categories on the upper left-hand side with items for you to choose:

• School Payments (this is the location to pay for school fees)

• Food Service (this is where you can see your student's lunch account balance and can add money to it)

• Non-Profits (we have nothing set up here at this time) 

Add a Child to your Account:

Once you are in your account you can add additional children. To add a child to your account, click your first initial on the top right corner of the screen, and select Profile Mgmt. Then select the Student Management tab from the options on the left. Finally, select “Add Child” from the form (if you already have children associated with your account Add Child will appear beneath your last entry).

To add a child:

Enter the child’s district name

Enter the child’s school name

Enter your child’s first name or student ID number (Some districts require the student ID number)

Enter your student’s last name

If your school does not keep a student list on file with SchoolPay we will also ask you for your student’s grade

Repeat for each additional child
