"Girls on the Run is an afterschool program like no other!
Girls in grades 3-5 will come to practice twice a week for 8 weeks every Monday and Thursday from 3:30-5:00. Trained and caring coaches will help girls increase their self-confidence, develop healthy relationships, and feel good about themselves, inside and out. Girls learn through interactive lessons and running activities. No running experience needed to join.
The season ends with a noncompetitive 5k event on Saturday, November 16! Our first practice is on Thursday, September 16 from 3:30-5:00. Registration ends Friday, September 17, so click here
