Kindergarten
Hello, my name is Amanda LeClair. This is my fourth year teaching
Kindergarten and my third year teaching at AFSA Elementary. I have a
bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of
Wisconsin-Stout and am a licensed elementary school teacher. I also have 5+
years of prior experience working in child care settings teaching pre-K and
preschool, so I get really excited interacting with the little ones! I have taken 8
years of Spanish language courses and received a minor in Spanish at the
university level. I grew up in Little Canada, so I have a special connection to
this community that will motivate me to provide the best learning
opportunities for students. I believe that each student CAN learn if they are
provided with a safe and supportive learning environment to reach their full
potential. We are going to have a great school year full of joy and learning in
Kindergarten!!
